BNB 8656 SCHWARZBECK HV battery-simulator

HV battery-simulator BNB 8656 according to specifications MBN 11123342, ISO/FDIS 21498-2 and VW 80300. System is designed for continuous operation with 800A, 1000 VDC.
Following components in common shielded housing:
2 paths with feedthroughs on both sides for HV+ and HV-, shield can be connected with housing.
Front side (DUT side): Equipped with 2x 4 mm safety jacks for voltage measurement “DC Voltmeter” + grounding connector. 2x measuring outputs N-jack for current clamp measurement inside (Current clamp not included in scope of delivery, prepared for installation of a current clamp such as LEM IN 1000-S).
Rear side (mains side): equipped with 2 x 4mm safety sockets “HV Sense” (allows voltage control/regulation at input).
Battery simulator:
Consisting of 2x R_int (value internally selectable, cooled with water/glycol liquid): 2x 100 mOhm / max. 900A, 2x 60 mOhm / max. 900A, 2x 50 mOhm / max. 900A, 2x 25 mOhm / max. 1600A, 2x 10 mOhm / max. 900A and switchable foil capacitor Cs = 10 mF (Cs together with 2x R_int resistors has parasitic inductance of Lmax <= 500nH). Rear side of the housing: 2x connectors for cooling liquid. Resistors are temperaturecontrolled by thermo-sensors. LISN function for tests of generated voltage ripple and -dynamics according to MBN 11123-342: 2 paths, LISN impedance 1µH. Supply side with (selectable): either a) 0.22 µF or 1 µF capacitor from HV+ and HV- against ground or b) 1 µF capacitor (switchable) between HV+ and HV-. Note: Additional equipment required, e.g. current clamp, oscilloscope, multimeter for voltage measurement.
