
BNB 8652 B SCHWARZBECK HV battery-simulator
HV battery-simulator BNB 8652 B according to ISO 21498-2: 2021-03, MBN 11123: 2021-08, (VW 80300: 2021-02), „VOLVO Impedance Stabilisation Network (VISN)“ and „TVB ELECTRICAL QUALITY AND EMC REQUIREMENTS“. System is designed for continuous operation with 100A, 1000 VDC.
The following components are mounted in the common shielded housing: Housing: 2 paths with feedthroughs on both sides for HV+ and HV-, shield can be connected to housing.
Front side (DuT side): Equipped with 2x 4 mm safety jacks for voltage measurement “DC Voltmeter” (measurement via built-in resistors 47 kOhm) + grounding connector. 2x measuring outputs N-jack for current clamp measurement inside (current clamp not included!).
Backside (mains side): equipped with
2 x 4mm safety sockets “HV Sense” (allows voltage control/regulation at input).
BNB 8652 B consists of 2x R_int (value internally selectable): 2x 100 mOhm, 2x 60 mOhm, 2x 50 mOhm, 2x 25 mOhm, 2x 10 mOhm and foil capacitor Cs 0mF/5mF/10mF (2x R_int resistors have parasitic inductance of Lmax <= 500nH).
LISN function for tests of generated voltage ripple and -dynamics according to MBN 11123-342, VISN VOLVO TVB PD1-190663 and VW 80300: 2 paths, LISN impedance 1µH. Supply side with selectable: a) 0.22 µF, 0,47 µF or 1 µF capacitor from HV+ and HV- against ground or b) with 1.0 µF capacitor (switchable) between both paths.
Note: Additional equipment required, e.g. current clamp, oscilloscope, multimeter for voltage measurement.
